A: Yes ! We provide all of the cleaning solutions and supplies such as vacuums, Mopping Equipment, etc.

Can you use eco-friendly or organic cleaning solutions?

Absolutely, we can send you information on our organic options. If our options are not something you would like to use, we can work with you on ordering supplies that have what you need, however there may be a cost difference.

What are your payment Terms?

For one time cleans we require payment upon completion. If you are set up on a routine cleaning service, then you are set up in our system to receive an invoice that will either be Net 15 or Net 30 Terms. Emergency Services or one time cleans are due upon receipt.

Can you set up a unique cleaning schedule? For example, I only need cleanings every other Tuesday but at the end of the month I require a deeper clean

What if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our services you are provided with two phone numbers that you can contact to make us aware of any situation.

Do you take Venmo?

Yes! We take venmo, zelle, and are able to take payments over the phone with your Visa, Mastercard, And American Express. We always email you a detailed receipt and invoice for your records.
